Aaron Duff has over 25 years of experience in global and regional strategic leadership and technical support in environment, health, safety, and sustainability (EHSS) management. He was the HSE Regional Head Americas at Novartis and Global Technical Head, a leading global pharmaceutical company. He has an MBA and CFPS certification and has expertise in manufacturing, R&D, and commercial operations in a highly regulated industry. He also is an expert in the OSHA, EPA, and international EHSS regulatory compliance and management systems. He also has leadership skills with a fully integrated understanding of all business supply chain, business development, commercial customer interface, operational efficiency, lean methodology and change management experience.
