Aaron Duff

Aaron Duff is the Global Head of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) at CoreWeave, with over 25 years of experience leading global and regional EHS and sustainability programs in highly regulated industries. He previously served as HSE Regional Head for the Americas and Global Technical Head at Novartis, and has held senior global leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, CSL Behring, and Bristol-Myers Squibb, with deep expertise across manufacturing, R&D, and commercial operations.

An expert in OSHA, EPA, and international EHS regulatory compliance and management systems, Aaron has led major global initiatives including strategic organizational development, EHS standardization, process excellence, business continuity management, process safety, and crisis response. He is a contributor to industry publications and presentations, including work on NFPA 51B Hot Work, NFPA 350 Confined Space, CCPS, and global safety culture programs, previous NAEM presenter. Aaron’s focus is on building safe, resilient, and sustainable organizations that support innovation, operational excellence, and long-term growth through collaboration and continuous improvement.
