Cancellation & Substitution Policy

Cancellations: Refund requests must be received in writing (e-mail) by Friday, March 6, 2026 to be considered for a refund. All refunds are subject to a $75 administrative fee. Requests made after this date can be converted to a substitution or a credit for a future event. Cancellation of registration can be emailed to Danielle Close at programs at naem dot org.

Substitutions: If you cannot attend, you may notify NAEM if another person will be attending the conference in your place. Please email Danielle Close at programs at naem dot org.

Suitcasing Policy

A quick reminder on longstanding NAEM policy: if you do not reserve a tabletop in the OPEX/TECH26 Engagement Hub, then you are prohibited from soliciting business in the Engagement Hub or anywhere else during the conference. Non-exhibiting personnel who are seen selling or soliciting on the Engagement Hub floor or at any other time at the event will be asked to stop. If these non-exhibiting personnel refuse to stop or are observed selling or soliciting at another time during the conference, they will be asked to leave the conference and will be unable to attend another NAEM event for a minimum of two years.
