About the Events
NAEM's annual OPEX26 & TECH26 events will be co-located April XX, 2026 in CITY, STATE. The OPEX26 conference will run April 1-2 and the TECH26 conference will run April 2-3. The OPEX26 & TECH26 conferences will both run on April 2, 2026. NAEM is currently selling packages to speak on the agenda that will include visibility at all three days of the event with both audiences.NAEM’s TECH26 | EHS + ESG Data & Reporting conference will cover leading best practices to improve your digital strategies. NAEM’s OPEX26 | EHS Operational Excellence conference will cover EHS management strategies and leading best practices to reduce risk, embed compliance into your business culture and reach new levels of operational excellence. E&E Leader will also be hosting their Awards ceremony at the events and we are expecting several partners to host meetings at the events as well.
If you're interested in speaking or developing a session for the event, please review the 6 different kinds of speaking opportunities we are offering and apply with your speaker and/or session ideas asap. All abstract forms will be reviewed on a rolling basis. All speaking opportunities include a booth in the Exhibit Hall all three days of the event and time in NAEM's Solution Center.
NAEM is also offering Gigabyte and Megabyte booths to purchase without having to do a session on the program. There are also other branding opportunities available for purchase on this page. All partnerships are first come, first served. We hope to see you there!

This is an opportunity to be one of three subject matter expert speakers on the Opening Keynote panel, “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectet.” This panel will run at the beginning of the day for both OPEX26 & TECH26 attendees. NAEM will find the other two in-house EHS&S speakers for the panel though we welcome client ideas.
The keynote session will be 60-minutes including welcome remarks and Q&A. All sponsored sessions will come with the highest-level Terabyte booth and the highest visibility of benefits at the events. The exhibit hall will be open for the entirety of the OPEX26 & TECH26 conferences April 1-3, 2026 offering your company maximum visibility with both conference audiences.

This is an opportunity to put on a 60-minute Software and Technology Case Study for technology providers and their customers to demonstrate a tool in use and discuss the benefits and outcomes. In-house EHS&S professionals (clients) are required on your panel. These sessions will be available for TECH & OPEX registrants to attend.
These session ideas must fall into one of the following categories:

- Corporate Reporting
- Carbon Accounting/GHG Management
- EHS Management and Compliance
- Safety Tools and Innovations
TECH26 WORKSHOP Session Opportunities
The Workshop sessions will run on Thursday, April 3, 2026 and will be for all TECH26 conference attendees. All sponsors with a session on April 3 will have high visibility by being listed as a sponsor for the entirety of the OPEX26 & TECH26 conferences (April
1-3) and having a booth in the exhibit hall for all 3 days of both events (April 1-3).
Workshop SESSIONS

This sponsorship offers you the opportunity to develop a 75-minute workshop intensive that takes an in-depth look at how to address technology and data challenges. We are proposing the three topics below but are open to other ideas too, if you’d like to submit your own:

These workshops will run concurrently at the same time on 4/3/26 at 9:00 a.m. Attendees from the TECH26 conference only (not OPEX26) will be able to join these workshops.

This is an opportunity to be one of the OPEX26 keynote speakers on a panel discussion around the topic of “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectet.” NAEM will find the rest of the speakers for the panel.

This will be the opening session of the day for OPEX26 attendees and not run up against any other programming so all OPEX26 attendees will be able to attend. The sponsorship will come with NAEM's highest-level Terabyte booth in the exhibit hall. Exhibitor Opportunities
NAEM's exhibit hall will be open all 3 days of the OPEX26 & TECH26 events, so that exhibitors can take advantage of the traffic at BOTH conferences. NAEM offers three different tiers of booths: Terabyte, Gigabyte and Megabyte. All three booths come with different levels of visibility and branding at the event.All of our sponsored sessions this year come with our highest-level Terabyte booths so that those that are part of a session at one of the conferences receive the highest-level visibility. We are not offering Terabyte booths a la carte. Gigabyte and Megabyte booths are available to purchase on the page below.
All exhibitors will be invited to participate in NAEM’s Solution Center which will be held in the exhibit hall right at your booth. The Solution Centers are an opportunity for your sales team to share how you can help attendees solve one EHS&S problem. Conference attendees will rotate around the exhibit hall room every 10 minutes to hear how another company can help them solve an EHS&S issue. There will be dedicated time on the agenda for the Solution Center and we believe the Solution Center will drive more attendance to the exhibit hall. The sales staff that you bring to man your booths are the perfect representatives and speakers to share how they can provide solutions to new customers. NAEM will have a training call before the conferences to train your sales team on how to prepare for the Solution Center.
