Partnership Overview
75-Minute Workshop Sessions (4 available)This is an opportunity to put together a workshop panel of 1-2 subject matter experts from your company. You may include a client if you’d like for $500 off your sponsorship fee, but it is not required. You'll be able to develop a 75-minute workshop that takes an in-depth look at how to address technology and data challenges. We are proposing the themes and topics below but are open to other topic ideas (as long as they fall under the themes). Two workshops will run concurrently at the same time:

Workshop Submissions
Please submit your speaker and topic ideas via the abstract form below no later than Friday, January 16, 2026. Submissions will be approved on a rolling basis until they sell out.Partnership Benefits
Onsite Conference Visibility- Opportunity to deliver training content and be seen as a thought leader by leading a 75-minute workshop
- Recognition on all marketing of the event. This is included but not limited to signage at the event, onsite app, and in conference promotional emails to 20,000+ EHS & Sustainability professionals
- Attendee list two weeks, one week and post conference (names, titles & companies only)
- Opportunity to add Lead Retrieval as an add on to your sponsorship to scan badges of all attendees you meet
- Your session, company, speakers and bios promoted on NAEM’s website that gets over 1,000 impressions a week from EHS&S professionals. Your company logo will be on the conference website and will link to your company’s website
- On-site Conference app
- 600 px by 100px tall banner in on-site app
- Company logo and description included in on-site app
- Partner will receive three complimentary registrations to the conference
- Option to purchase one registration at the NAEM member rate
- Option to purchase an Educational Development registration for a non-sales executive or Next Gen Leader from your company to attend conference sessions

Two workshops will run concurrently at the same time. All times are preliminary until the program is finalized.
