The Terabyte partner is our highest-level exhibitor that comes with the highest-level visibility. It includes the most prominent space in the Engagement Hub, logo placement and branding of your company.Plus, the opportunity to put together a breakout session on a software tool being used by an in-house customer (client required) OR to have a subject matter expert from your company on an Operational Excellence panel. All speakers and ideas must be pre-approved by NAEM before purchase. All abstract forms will be approved on a rolling basis and must be submitted no later than Friday, January 16, 2026.

- Option to purchase an Educational registration for a non-sales executive or Next Gen Leader from your company to attend conference sessions for educational purposes. These attendees are not permitted to stand at their company’s tabletops or engage in sales activities at the event, but instead, are encouraged to attend all conference sessions and networking events for career development purposes.

Breakout Session Information
You will have two options to choose from:1) Put together a case study session on a Tech topic with a client
Show attendees how one of your customers is using various EHS or Sustainability software or technology to solve a challenge, track critical data, or report and improve EHS&S performance. Your breakout will feature an EHS&S Leader co-presenting with the software vendor on how they are using the tool, benefits and outcomes. You may have one speaker and one moderator from your company in the session along with your customer speaker.
Each Customer Case Study will be aligned to one of the following themes:
- EHS Management and Compliance
- Risk Reduction
- Corporate Reporting
- Carbon Accounting/GHG Management
- Safety Tools and Innovations
This is an opportunity to be one speaker on a panel tackling EHS Operational Excellence and how leaders manage and lead with in EHS. NAEM will find the rest of the speakers for the panel.
