Lead Retrieval System Add On
Overview
NAEM is offering a lead retrieval system for our partners to track who they meet with at the conference. The lead retrieval system will allow you to scan badges of anyone you meet using one cell phone device.How Lead Retrieval Works
- You can use one cell phone device per license to scan a conference attendee’s badge. (If you have three people at your tabletop, we suggest having one person scanning everyone or you may purchase multiple licenses so each person can use their own cell phone to scan. Unfortunately, tablets do not work with the system)
- Attendee’s name, title, company and email address they registered with will be shared with you. If someone does not wish to be scanned, they don’t have to share their badge to be scanned
- You may have multiple team members with access to the lead portal to view, edit or download leads

Details
Phone Requirements:iOS requirements: iPhone 7 or newer, iOS 11 or higher.
Android requirements: Android 6.0 or higher.
Device must support ABI arm64-v8a architecture.
The app does not work with Android tablets or Apple iPads
Cancellation Policy:
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds if you change your mind as NAEM is charged the fee upfront to turn on your license and it is non-refundable
