Engagement Hub Hours

There will be dedicated time with no competing content in the Engagement Hub (aka Exhibit Hall) to meet with prospective or current clients. NAEM will also have a Solution Center where exhibitors will have the opportunity to share how they can help attendees solve an EHS&S issue. Attendees will be able to rotate during the Solution Center to hear a short pitch from each company about how they can solve one EHS&S issue. NAEM will have an educational call for all sponsors to prep them for their Solution Center pitches.

Engagement Hub Set Up & Tear Down Instructions

Tabletops

All tabletops will be 6' long x 30' wide. Each exhibitor will be provided with:
  • 6' long x 30' wide table
  • Two chairs
  • Wastebasket
Each exhibitor is limited to no more than 1 pop-up banner, no more than 6 feet in height, and any monitors and collateral must fit on the tabletop.

Map & Space

A map of the exhibit space will be coming soon. This year the area will be set up in the hallway by the breakout sessions, which means more foot traffic near your tabletop.

We will have 3 sections of the Engagement Hub: Terabyte, Gigabyte, Megabyte. All Terabytes will come with the option to be part of a session or speak.

Exhibit hall space is assigned in a first-come, first-served order in the section of the hall you purchased. For example, the first Gigabyte partner to purchase their partnership will receive the most prominent spot in the Gigabyte section of the exhibit hall, the second Gigabyte partner to purchase their partnership the second most prominent spot, and so forth.

We will do our best to honor requests to be separated from competitors, but due to the random purchasing order of partnerships and the small exhibit hall space, we are not able to honor all requests. Please email [sales at naem dot org] with any questions.
