This is an opportunity to put together a closing keynote panel on the theme above. You may pick an idea from the below list or suggest your own as long as it relates to the theme, "Leadership, Change Management and Technology:"

  • The Power of Collaboration: How EHS & Sustainability Leaders Can Unite People, Systems, and Purpose
  • Leadership Strategies that put People at the Center of Digital Transormation
  • Or suggest your own closing keynote topic
Speaker Requirements: You must have one subject matter expert from your company. An in-house EHS&S corporate speaker (client or prospect) is not required. Speaker name is required to be pre-approved.

This keynote session will come with an exhibitor tabletop and the highest visibility of benefits at the events.

Session Submissions

Please submit your topic and speaker ideas via the abstract form below no later than Friday, January 16, 2026. Submissions will be approved on a rolling basis until they sell out.

Onsite Conference Visibility
  • Opportunity for the highest-level visibility with a Closing Keynote session. The Closing Keynote will be on stage with no competing content happening at that time

  • Your company will have time slots in NAEM’s Solution Center that will be an exclusive time for conference attendees to hear how you can help them solve an EHS&S issue with your expertise

  • Highest-level recognition on all marketing of the events as the Keynote Partner (with other Keynote Partners). This is included but not limited to signage at the event, onsite app, and in conference promotional emails to 20,000+ EHS & Sustainability professionals
  • Attendee list two weeks, one week and post conference (names, titles & companies only)
  • Opportunity to add Lead Retrieval as an add on to your sponsorship to scan badges of all attendees you meet (cost $550 - $600 per license)

Digital Assets

  • Your session, company, speakers and bios promoted on NAEM’s OPEX/TECH26 website that gets over 1,000 impressions a week from EHS&S professionals. Your company logo will be on the conference website and will link to your company’s website
  • One stand-alone email promoting your keynote session to NAEM’s marketing list of 20,000+ EHS&S professionals with your logo that will land on your website to push traffic there
  • 750-word blog article that NAEM writes featuring your session and speakers in NAEM’s electronic newsletter that goes out to 20,000+ EHS&S professionals and will be featured in NAEM’s blog that receives 1,000+ impressions a month
    • Article will go live on a first come, first served order. Partner must meet deadlines to provide Q&A on speakers for this benefit to not be forfeited.
Registrations
  • Two complimentary registrations to the conference
  • Option to purchase two additional registrations at the NAEM member rate
  • Option to purchase an Educational Development registration for a non-sales executive or Next Gen Leader from your company to attend conference sessions (not allowed to attend booth)
