Bobby Shackelton

Bobby Shackelton is Senior Director of Product Management at 3E, where he leads the strategy and development of next-generation AI and data-driven solutions that power regulatory compliance, product stewardship, and sustainability workflows. His work centers on embedding AI assistants, copilots, and automation tools directly into 3E’s product ecosystem—helping customers achieve faster, more accurate compliance outcomes.

Before joining 3E, Bobby served as Head of Product, Geospatial at Bloomberg, where he built and led a global team developing advanced analytics and spatial data technologies to support financial decision-making. He has also contributed to multiple data innovation initiatives that bridged product management, AI, and large-scale data engineering.
