Christine Daratany is a Certified Safety Professional with two decades of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) experience supporting both commercial and government sectors. She specializes in manufacturing and assembly environments within the Aerospace, Communications, and Defense industries, where she helps organizations strengthen their health and safety programs through data‑driven insights, Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles, robust safety systems, and lean methodologies.

Christine began her career in public and environmental health before moving into industrial hygiene and ultimately into broader Health & Safety leadership—where she found her passion for partnering with organizations to create practical, scalable, and sustainable safety solutions.

Prior to joining TE, Christine led EHS operations for the southern United States at L3Harris Technologies, serving as sector lead across multiple sites. She also previously held an industrial hygiene role supporting operations at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

Christine holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety from the University of Wisconsin. Known for her collaborative approach, she is committed to building strong relationships, elevating safety performance through meaningful data analysis, and driving continuous improvement.
