Virginia Hoekenga is Deputy Director of NAEM, where she leads organizational strategy, operations, and programming for the association serving corporate environmental, health, safety, and sustainability leaders. Since joining NAEM in 2001, she has helped shape the organization’s growth and its portfolio of educational programming, research, and peer-to-peer learning experiences. Virginia brings a cross-industry perspective on emerging EHS&S trends, regulatory change, sustainability strategy, and operational excellence, connecting senior leaders to share insights and advance the profession.
