focus on systems that create a resilient workplace. Previously, Allison led Environmental Health and Safety and Sustainability (EHSS) at L3Harris. Early in her career Allison worked for Pentair, Alcoa, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Allison also served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Allison graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and earned her Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland.
