Kevin Okerstrom is a Senior Manager of EHS Commercial Markets for North America at the Estée Lauder Companies. In that role, he is responsible for executing the EHS strategy and capability roadmap for stores, retail partners, field employees, regional/corporate offices, and third-party logistics. He manages regulatory requirements such as hazardous waste management and training, and partners with regional leadership to implement practices that aim to reduce incidents and minimize the environmental footprint.

Prior to joining Estée Lauder Companies, Kevin spent 3 years in construction safety with a focus in multi-employer jobsites and 15 years in various retail roles including regulatory compliance, operations, logistics, and loss prevention. He is a Certified Safety Professional and a Construction Health and Safety Technician. Kevin attended California State University Long Beach where he holds a BS in Criminal Justice and a MBA.
