Ned Fitter

Mr. Fitter joined McLean as Safety Director in 2017. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Health Services Management from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Prior to his current role, he directed the operational applications of safety programs across the east coast for the construction, technology, energy and industrial sectors. Mr. Fitter is responsible for the design, implementation, communication and coordination of all safety programs for McLean while providing technical and administrative direction on all Health and Safety decisions. He also oversees the evaluation and updating of safety procedures and policies, and directs the development and delivery of safety training for all company personnel.
