Cory is a Senior Program Manager in US Environmental Sustainability at National Grid. After studying at Lehigh University, she started her career as an Environmental Engineer in consulting. Working with clients across the real estate, energy, water, and municipal markets, Cory gained experience with a variety of environmental challenges. She holds an Envision Sustainability Professional credential, which allowed her to integrate sustainable infrastructure standards into relevant projects. In consulting, Cory gained hands on field and design experience with hydrologic investigations, environmental assessments, and remediation.
In her current role, Cory is responsible for delivering National Grid’s Nature Strategy with a focus on the US perspective. In doing so, she works with different stakeholders within the business to determine the best pathway forward to preserve the land the company manages. Additionally, Cory manages numerous greenhouse gas accounting metrics for the company's Responsible Business Report and leads nature-related pilot programs.
