Sessions in this track will help attendees:
- Identify ESG priorities and critical reporting stakeholders
- Get a better handle on what data they need to collect to manage their material ESG issues and meet stakeholder expectations
- Better understand what requirements the SEC may implement around ESG reporting
- Implement Controls to Ensure Data Quality
- Ready data systems to meet data quality requirements that will come with ESG regulation
- Understand how to set a digital strategy given new ESG drivers
- Understand when and if third party data verification is necessary
- Streamline reporting to more easily report to multiple reporting frameworks and ESG raters/rankers
- Communicate results and create reports for internal and external stakeholders

- Create a greenhouse gas baseline for scope 1 and 2 emissions
- Track and measure scope 3 emissions
- Understand what data and metrics are needed to be able to set and reach Net Zero Goals or Science Based Targets
- Gather data to assess physical risks to sites associated with extreme weather and climate change
- Meet customers’ requests for information about product ingredients (material management and chemical management)
- Conduct lifecycle assessments and product GHG and water footprints
- Gain a better understanding of their suppliers’ ESG status (i.e. maturity of systems and core ESG challenges areas, goals and programs) through the use of supplier data collection systems
