"At the very heart of a good leader is integrity. Integrity defines how we act, how we treat others and how we will represent our organization. Integrity is more than a rule to not lie, cheat or steal. It is a willingness to admit that you don't know everything that you are willing to accept criticism and that you take responsibility for your actions. Anyone can display integrity during good times, the real challenge is to display integrity during tough times. As the West Point Cadet prayer states, "to choose the harder right instead of the easier wrong."
