Caitlin Wilson is the Sustainability Manager for North America at Ardagh Metal Packaging, where she supports sustainability strategy, ESG reporting, climate-related initiatives, and stakeholder engagement across North America. She is passionate about advancing transparent sustainability disclosure and helping organizations translate sustainability ambitions into meaningful business outcomes. She is particularly interested in the intersection of business strategy, environmental stewardship, and transparent corporate disclosure.
She has previously held roles with ERM, NAEM, and Peace Corps. She received her MBA in Sustainability from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA and her undergrad degree from James Madison University based in Harrisonburg, VA.
