Rachel Warman, Environmental Programs Manager for Schneider Electric and 2018 NexGen Award recipient, shares why NAEM's award is significant to her and for other emerging EHS&S leaders.

"When I got this award, the first thing that I thought about was 'NAEM is committed to the future.' That was probably the best thing when I looked at this. Because it's not about 'hey, look what I've done' – it's 'let's keep it going! Let's keep the passion alive, and let's figure out what the next generation is doing. Let's keep it going.' So, [this award] is exciting to me because I know that the career that I'm in has a future."
