That's really helped me, especially with some of the initiatives that I've been trying to work on and accomplish to progress the organization and move forward."

"It means that I am actually making an impact. When individuals — whether your mentors or your leadership — are recognizing you for what we've accomplished, it means they're noticing, and we are doing what we set out to do."
