"I think it's important to remember that companies are made of individuals, and if you're trying to move an organization or a company in one direction, you want to make sure each person that you're trying to work with is aligned with that. That's really helped me, especially with some of the initiatives that I've been trying to work on and accomplish to progress the organization and move forward."

What drew you to a career in EHS&S management?

"It really was all about solving complex challenges while making a difference."

What does it mean to be recognized as a NexGen Leader?

"It means that I am actually making an impact. When individuals — whether your mentors or your leadership — are recognizing you for what we've accomplished, it means they're noticing, and we are doing what we set out to do."
