Sponsorship Opportunities
Below please find a full list of our sponsorship opportunities. Please note that the only way for an Affiliates Council member, consultant or service provider to attend the Forum this year is through sponsorship or as a member of the Forum committee.NAEM’s sponsorships are first come, first serve and may only be secured with a digitally signed terms & agreement and payment. Payments must be paid by credit card. If you require an invoice or have any payment questions, please email [sales at naem dot org].

This is our highest-level exhibitor sponsorship that includes opportunities for the highest-level visibility at the event and a booth in the best section of the exhibit hall. Plus, three free registrations for your team to attend the event.

This sponsorship includes opportunities for visibility at the conference along with a booth that will be in the section of the exhibit hall that has the second best placement. Plus, two free registrations for your team to attend the event.

Opportunity to develop and deliver a compelling 90-minute educational session for conference attendees on an EHS&S topic. NAEM has a list of pre-selected topics here or you may submit your own. Priority will be given to those sessions that are on one of the pre-selected topics.
This sponsorship will also offer your company branding and visibility in front of the large EHS&S Forum audience. Plus, two free registrations for your subject matter expert or client speakers to attend the event. All speakers must be in-person.

The sponsor(s) will receive recognition at the conference, boat, and in marketing promotions of the event. Plus, the sponsor(s) will have their company name on a signature cocktail at the event. This sponsorship also includes one free registration to attend the Forum conference and two tickets (valued at approx. $200) to attend the boat event.
