2025 Regional Events Partnerships

What is an NAEM Regional Event?

As a member of NAEM’s Affiliates Council, you have a unique opportunity to elevate your visibility and support the EHS&S community by sponsoring a Regional Event in 2025. These in-person gatherings bring together EHS&S leaders for focused discussions, benchmarking, and networking -- hosted at sites across the country.

We are looking for partners to host an in-person event on the below topics:
  • Mental Health and Psychological Safety
  • PFAS
  • Water Management
  • Regulatory Update
The purpose of the in-person events is to attract local EHS&S professionals who are looking to network, benchmark and discuss the topic in more depth in-person. The attendees will be local to the city where the in-person event is hosted so that they don't have to travel far to avoid costly travel and time away from work. The cost to host a regional event is $750 plus whatever costs you incur to put on the event.

Hosts are responsible for event logistics, recruiting speakers on the topic, marketing and execution. NAEM will market the event on our website and via email.

Value of Hosting an Regional Event

Hosting an Regional Event is a wonderful way for EHS & Sustainability professionals to connect locally in-person. As the Host, you are actively engaged in fostering this professional community.

Hosting an Regional Event will give you great brand exposure. In addition to your own company’s outreach efforts, NAEM will market all regional events to our network of EHS & Sustainability professionals.

Get your message in front of NAEM's robust network of EHS&S professionals via the NAEM website (1,000+ impressions a week), email marketing list (20,000+ EHS&S professionals), and LinkedIn page (nearly 7,000 followers).

Sign Up to be an Regional Events Host

Please submit the form below to share your interest in hosting a regional event. Forms will be approved on a rolling basis in a first-come, first-served order and no sooner than 3 months before an event. NAEM will announce regional event locations and sign-up instructions publicly to the NAEM community on a rolling basis.

Forms must include the following information:
  • The location and time of the Regional Event
  • Primary contact info: Name, Title, and Company
  • Your company name
Signed terms, agreement, and payment is required in advance of any promotion of a Regional Event. No more than one Regional Event will be approved per 200-mile radius. Please email sales@naem.org with any additional questions.
