All submissions are due by January 24, 2024 and must include confirmed speakers in your submission. We will notify you if your idea was approved and request payment and a signed terms and agreement to secure your spot.
Sponsored Keynote Session:
Please submit your idea for a 45-50 minute virtual keynote session that will run on Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 12:45 p.m. -1:45 p.m. ET (specific time is subject to change). The 12:45 p.m. -1:45 p.m. ET time will include 5-10 minute opening remarks and speaker introductions from NAEM. Plus, Q&A.
You may pitch one subject matter expert as the keynote speaker or a panel with 1-2 clients and your subject matter expert as the moderator of that panel.
You are welcome to submit topic ideas as they relate to the conference themes but here are some ideas that would line up with the types of topics we are looking for on the program:
- Engaging Senior Executives in EHS Success
- Metrics and Key Performance Indicators to Drive Results
- Key Steps for Implementing or Improving your EHS Management System
This is an opportunity to develop a 45-minute session with a client and a subject matter expert on a topic that will help EHS professionals enhance their skill sets. The sponsor is required to have 2-3 speakers total (your subject matter expert from your company as the moderator and 1-2 client speakers). The exact time/date of the session will be determined once the session is approved but run on 3/20/24 or 3/21/24 between 12:45 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. ET against no competing sponsored content.
