Partnership Overview
NAEM plans to put on a fun game night at the conference hotel with tables for Mahjong, Scrabble, Bananagrams, jigsaw puzzles, and more! This is a great way for attendees to network and make new friends in a casual setting.You will receive recognition as the sponsor of this fun event and any food and drinks we serve. We may offer a dessert and coffee buffet. The sponsor will have the opportunity to help decide what kinds of games to play, bring any games they own, and be the MC of game night with the other sponsor.

- Opportunity to be the MC/host of game night with the other sponsor (if there is one)
- Opportunity to bring your own game ideas and games to the event with NAEM's pre-approval

- Partnership recognition in marketing emails, conference website, on-site and in the app
- One complimentary registration (valued at $1,095 - $1,595 per person)
- Conference attendee list two weeks in advance and post conference (names, titles, and companies only)
- Opportunity to have a raffle in the conference app to collect leads. All raffles must be pre-approved by NAEM and the raffle url must be shared with NAEM no later than July 10. All raffles must end by July 29, 2026 and prizes must be given out by the company to the winner directly in person or sent via email or mail. Prizes and winners can be given out at Game Night!
