Sponsorship Opportunities
Below please find a full list of our sponsorship opportunities. Please note that the only way for an Affiliates Council member, consultant or service provider to attend the Forum this year is through sponsorship or as a member of the Forum committee.NAEM’s sponsorships are first come, first served and may only be secured with a digitally signed terms & agreement and payment. Exhibitor & Session Sponsorships
Platinum Exhibitor Sponsorship (12 available Only 5 left, available to purchase until 10/11)
Cost: $10,500 | Affiliates Council Cost: $10,000
This is our highest-level exhibitor sponsorship that includes opportunities for the highest-level visibility at the event and a booth in the best section of the exhibit hall. Plus, three complimentary registrations for your team to attend the event.
Gold Exhibitor Sponsorship SOLD OUT
Cost: $7,700 | Affiliates Council Cost: $7,200
This sponsorship includes opportunities for visibility at the conference along with a booth that will be in the section of the exhibit hall that has the second best placement. Plus, two complimentary registrations for your team to attend the event.
Green Exhibitor Sponsorship SOLD OUT
Cost: $6,000 | Affiliates Council Cost: $5,500
This sponsorship includes opportunities for visibility at the conference along with a booth in the exhibit hall behind the Gold booths. Plus, two complimentary registrations for your team to attend the event.

Cost: $8,000 | Affiliates Council Cost:$7,500
Opportunity to develop and deliver a compelling 75-minute educational session for conference attendees on an EHS&S topic. The sponsor will come up with an EHS&S session that will feature a client speaker(s) with the sponsor as the moderator. All ideas will be approved in a first come, first served order and should be emailed to [sales at naem dot org]. All speakers must be in-person and no more than three speakers total. Any sessions that do not include a client speaker(s) will not be approved.
This sponsorship will also offer your company branding and visibility in front of the large EHS&S Forum audience. Plus, two complimentary registrations for your speakers to attend the event.

Hotel Room Key Cards (1 available – SOLD OUT)
Cost: $9,000
This is an opportunity to brand your company with your logo on all hotel room key cards for each attendee staying at the conference venue hotel. NAEM’s logo will be included on it as well. This sponsorship also includes one complimentary registration to attend the conference.
Attendee Bag (2 available – SOLD OUT)
Cost: $8,500
This is a branding opportunity to include your logo with NAEM’s (and a second sponsor if there is one) on an attendee bag that will be handed out to everyone. This sponsorship also includes one complimentary registration to attend the conference.
Water Stations & Tumblers (1 available – SOLD OUT)
Cost: $7,500
This is an opportunity to brand your company with your logo on branded water tumblers provided at water stations. This sponsorship also includes one complimentary registration to attend the conference.
Lanyards SOLD OUT
Cost: $6,500
This is a great branding opportunity for one company to have their name on all the lanyards that everyone wears around their neck at the conference. This sponsorship includes one complimentary registration to attend the conference.
Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

Cost: $6,500
This is a great branding and networking opportunity to sponsor the iconic Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Ohio. Everyone who registers for the conference will automatically get a ticket for this event, so we are expecting over 300 in attendance. The sponsor(s) will receive recognition at the conference, Hall of Fame, and in marketing promotions of the event. Plus, the sponsor(s) will have their company name on a signature cocktail at the event. This sponsorship also includes one complimentary registration to attend the Forum conference and two tickets to attend the event.

Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Garage Room Sponsorship SOLD OUT
Cost: $2,000
This is a great branding and networking opportunity to sponsor the iconic Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s Garage room and acoustic lounge at NAEM’s networking event there on Thursday, October 26. Event attendees will be able to play on instruments in the Garage room and record the video and/or audio of them playing on their cell phones. Attendees will also be able to design their own band logo at sticker machines and print the stickers they can keep.

This is a great branding and networking opportunity to sponsor the opening reception at the Forum. You’ll get to pass out drink tickets at the door and will receive recognition as the sponsor of the event. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to offer a raffle and the winner will be announced on the main stage at the conference. This sponsorship also includes one complimentary registration to attend the conference.

This is a branding opportunity to include your company name on a splash page that clicks through to your website when people join the wifi at the conference. NAEM’s branding and the other sponsor if there is one will be on the splash page too. This sponsorship also includes one complimentary registration to attend the conference.
