Our top priority as a company from an EHS&S perspective is to revamp our safety policies and procedures as we introduce new equipment into our organization. Personally, my top priority for 2024 is a focus on health and wellness as well as Mental health of my staff. - What topics would you like to see covered by NAEM programming in 2024?
EHS Technology and Innovation: How the adoption of technology, including data analytics, sensors, and artificial intelligence, are working to enhance EHS monitoring, compliance, and overall risk management. - What is your favorite member benefit of NAEM (Quick Polls, Monthly Member Drop-In, Corporate Benchmarking, Webinars, Networking)?
The keynote speakers at all events are my favorite part of programming. The women’s leadership conference is by far my favorite event for networking and thought leadership.
