Alexis Fuge is the Senior Director of Sustainability at Fortive, where she leads the development and execution of the company’s Sustainability strategy at scale to deliver results. She works closely with business leaders across Fortive to embed Sustainability
into the company’ operations, procedures and processes. Prior to Fortive, Alexis led strategic Sustainability initiatives at Amazon.com, Amazon Web Services, and Northrop Grumman Corporation. She began her Sustainability career supporting federal
agencies with development and implementation of their environmental and Sustainability programs, after spending several years as an Admissions Dean at Swarthmore College (PA). Alexis currently lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico with her husband and two
children. She holds two Masters degrees from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Mary Washington.
