Amanda Neidert Kesler's practice focuses on environmental matters, including regulatory compliance and permitting, environmental and toxic tort litigation, and contaminated property transactions. She counsels clients on complex regulatory compliance issues involving a variety of federal environmental laws and related state statutes. Amandarepresents clients in federal and state enforcement actions, environmental contamination litigation, federal Superfund cost recovery actions, administrative investigations, and occupational exposure and product liability claims. In addition, she advises clients on environmental liability and due diligence issues in real estate transactions and corporate acquisitions/divestitures. Representative clients include manufacturers and distributors of industrial and consumer products, real estate developers, and financial institutions. She is active within the Environment, Energy and Resource Section of the American Bar Association and serves on the Environmental Law Section Council for the Maryland State Bar Association.
