Amelia Nunn

Amelia Nunn is the Associate Director of Responsible Sourcing at BD, where she leads the Responsible Sourcing team and advances the company’s strategy for sustainable, resilient, and responsible supply chains. Since helping establish the program within Procurement in 2021, she has led priorities spanning human rights and environmental due diligence, Scope 3 emissions reduction (including supplier engagement and decarbonization), and ESG compliance. Previously, Amelia spent four years in the BD Sustainability function, where she established Scope 3 emissions baselines, supported the development of enterprise sustainability targets and reporting, and engaged stakeholders across the organization. Her earlier experience includes roles with Sustainable Jersey and TerraCycle. Amelia holds an MA in Sustainable Development and an MSc in Business Management and is a graduate of the Lead New Jersey fellowship program.
