Angela Levin assists clients with regulatory counseling, policy development, and enforcement under a range of environmental laws, with a focus on stationary source permitting and compliance under the Clean Air Act, management of retail and chemical products under TSCA and RCRA, and assessment of species impacts under the ESA, the MBTA, and the BGEPA.
She also counsels on the environmental issues associated with project development and acquisition, including significant experience advising utilities and lenders on environmental considerations that arise with utility-scale renewable energy project development.
