Cathy White is a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), and Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) with six years of experience in the automotive industry and over 18 years of experience at the Dow Chemical Company. She currently serves as Senior Innovation Implementation Manager in the Hardware Technology Center, where she leads cross-disciplinary efforts to accelerate innovation through structured work processes focused on safety, efficiency, and value creation. Cathy holds both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. Her career spans roles in industrial engineering, personal safety, industrial hygiene, environmental compliance, ESG reporting, and technology implementation. Cathy brings to the BCPE Board a deep commitment to advancing ergonomics and human factors through strategic innovation and worker-centered design.
