Cindy Robb is the Executive Director – Global Environmental Compliance, for The Estée Lauder Companies, Inc. Her team has primary responsibility for providing leadership, support, and assistance in all environmental compliance program matters
globally with a focus on compliance with all applicable laws and conformance to the corporate Environmental and Safety Management System requirements. She has 20+ years of environmental program experience in consulting, retail, and manufacturing industries.
Cindy holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from University of Minnesota and is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).
