Cindy Robb is the Executive Director of Global Environmental Compliance at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she leads global environmental compliance and dangerous goods programs supporting operations worldwide.
With more than 20 years of experience in environmental compliance, sustainability, and risk management, Cindy has worked across consulting, regulatory, retail, manufacturing, and consumer products sectors, helping organizations navigate complex regulatory requirements and build effective environmental management systems.
Cindy holds a degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Minnesota and is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM). She resides in Minnesota with her husband and two children.
