Curtis Clark is an HSE leader and professional environmental engineer and with 15 years of experience in operating, designing, and improving management systems and professional teams in the energy and utility industries in Canada and the United States.
For the past 3 years, he has had several leadership roles developing and supporting for LUMA Energy, the new private operator of the Puerto Rican electrical transmission and distribution system. One of his key responsibilities was the establishment
of HSE management systems and a supporting data management system. Using agile project management principles, he was able to get a system established from requirements gathering to implementation in under 6 months.
