Dave Conway is a Senior Manager in Health, Safety, and Environment at CVS Health. While his commitment to protecting people and the environment began well before his time at Northeastern University, he formally launched his career in the field as an environmental consultant in 2012. Since joining CVS Health in 2015, Dave has taken on a range of project management and leadership roles, building deep experience across HSE operations, systems, and data.
Since 2018, he has led the implementation and continued evolution of CVS Health’s HSE Management Information System. Today, he oversees a growing HSE data ecosystem that includes enterprise reporting, data management, low-code and no-code solutions, AI-enabled capabilities, and data visualizations that support better business decisions, stronger compliance, and safer outcomes for CVS colleagues.
Dave also leads and develops a growing team of data analysts and managers, with a focus on building scalable processes, expanding analytic capability, and helping colleagues grow in their careers.
Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and son, traveling, and being outdoors as much as possible.
