As Director of Sustainability, Emily focuses on strategic sustainability issues including Trane Technologies’ climate, nature and water strategy, investor engagement and partnerships. Previously at Trane, Emily led the supply chain sustainability program, successfully incorporating sustainability into sourcing practices, identifying environmental, social and governance risk within the supply chain, as well as enabling sustainable supplier partnerships. Emily earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from St. Bonaventure University and a master’s degree in environmental sustainability from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Emily previously held sustainability management positions for Husqvarna Group, Time Warner Cable, and the U.S. Postal Service.
