Gautam Narasimhan partners with organizations and communities worldwide to develop effective climate adaptation and resilience programs. Previously, Gautam served as UNICEF's Global Lead for Climate, Energy, and Environment, where he pioneered the organization's inaugural sustainability strategy and directed an expansion of climate adaptation and resilience programming across 100+ countries. His other experience includes environmental engineering and management consulting across the U.S. and India, managing the low-carbon portfolio for a global energy company in London, and advising governments on energy policy on behalf of multilateral development banks in Europe and Asia. Gautam’s academic background includes degrees in environmental and chemical engineering, public policy, and business administration.
