As Senior Director of Operations, Brian is responsible for delivery and sales for the Advanced Manufacturing / Energy & Power performance unit in Jacobs’ Digital & Data business unit. As Global Principal he interfaces externally and with all parts of Jacobs to improve risk and compliance performance for our clients through innovation and technology.
With over 24 years of experience planning, designing, implementing, integrating, and supporting risk, compliance, and environmental, health, & safety (EHS) solutions, Brian works with all levels of client organizations to explore, evaluate, plan, and provide the business case for information management solutions.
Brian works closely with clients to plan and communicate the technological, organizational, system, and culture changes that come with the deployment of any new system from the earliest project stages through maintaining momentum and promoting/monitoring system usage and effectiveness after a system is in place. He assists client teams to evaluate risks, opportunities, and inter-dependencies across multiple business processes, and uses the output to create a portfolio of business cases that forms the basis for a multi-year, multi-disciplinary technology roadmap. He has led the deployment of systems covering compliance and corporate driven reporting for air emissions, GHG, waste management, water usage and discharge tracking, chemicals management, permit/regulatory compliance task tracking, management of change, incident/event management, sustainability metrics, auditing, risk, and liability management with clients across the globe.
