Jennifer Olson-Morzenti is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning environment, health and safety (EHS), operations, manufacturing, quality, facilities management, and business transformation across global industrial, scientific, and manufacturing organizations. She currently serves as Vice President of EHS for J.B. Poindexter & Co., where she leads enterprise-wide EHS strategy, management systems, and risk reduction initiatives supporting more than 9,000 employees across 70 locations in the United States, Canada, and India.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has built a reputation for driving organizational change, strengthening safety cultures, and aligning operational excellence with business growth. Prior to joining J.B. Poindexter, she held senior EHS leadership roles with Carrier Corporation, where she directed EHS strategy for global operations, manufacturing, R&D, distribution, and field service organizations.

Jennifer’s diverse background also includes executive leadership positions with Thermo Fisher Scientific and Ninkasi Brewing Company, where she led global compliance, sustainability, manufacturing, and operational excellence programs. Her unique combination of operational and EHS expertise allows her to bridge strategy and execution while helping organizations improve performance, manage risk, and create stronger workplace cultures.

A passionate advocate for leadership development and employee engagement, Jennifer is recognized for her ability to influence at every level of the organization—from front-line teams to executive leadership and boards of directors. Her experience includes leading global teams, managing large-scale integrations and acquisitions, and developing innovative approaches that deliver measurable business and safety results.

Jennifer earned her MBA from Northwest Christian University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon. She also proudly served in the United States Air Force in Public Health, where she developed the foundation for her lifelong commitment to protecting people, promoting health, and driving organizational excellence.
