Jen Shea serves as Corporate Vice President, Global EHS & Regulatory at Wabtec Corporation, a global provider of equipment, technologies, and digital solutions that help move and improve the world's freight and transit rail systems. She plays a pivotal role in advancing Wabtec's environmental, health, and safety (EHS), sustainability, and government affairs strategies. Her unique blend of legal expertise, environmental stewardship, and stakeholder engagement helps drive innovation and cultural transformation across the organization.
Following Wabtec's merger with GE Transportation, Jen led the development of a unified global EHS program, overseeing compliance and culture across more than 150 sites. She launched the company's People First Commitments, a cornerstone initiative that strengthened safety culture, employee engagement, and operational accountability. Under her leadership, Wabtec has meaningfully reduced its recordable injury rate while significantly increasing EHS engagement.
In 2025, Jen assumed responsibility for Wabtec's sustainability strategy and continues to advance initiatives that support long-term value creation, reduce environmental impact, and enhance transparency and stakeholder engagement.
She also leads Wabtec's government relations efforts, building the function from the ground up and advancing public policies that strengthen the company’s global competitiveness while accelerating the adoption of advanced rail technologies and solutions.
Based in Cincinnati, Jen lives with her husband, two teenage children, and their golden retriever, Rosie. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and her law degree from Indiana University Bloomington. She is an avid college basketball fan, enjoys traveling and hiking, and baking pies.
