Josh Shear is AlterEcho's Regulatory Analyst, providing research and analysis on TSCA and other state and federal legislation. He served as legislative aide in the Maryland State House for Delegate Jill P. Carter for two years, conducting research, writing testimony and working with the public on multiple state legislative issues. Josh earned a BA in Political Science with a focus on electoral systems from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Prior to joining AlterEcho he served on the campaign staff of Baltimore mayoral candidate Senator Catherine Pugh, conducting research for policy position development.
