Katherine Dickens is the Director of ESG & Social Impact at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, where she is a key leader in the company's purpose initiative, GroMoreGood. She leads various ESG functions, including corporate goal setting, materiality assessments, disclosures, reporting and aligning sustainability initiatives with business strategies. She also supports corporate community and social impact efforts, working with brands like Scotts, Miracle-Gro, and Ortho to create partnerships that champion outdoor youth sports, pollinator education, and community green spaces.

In addition, Katherine serves as the Vice President & Secretary of The Scotts Miracle-Gro Foundation, where she oversees grant administration and partnerships supporting the Foundation’s four giving pillars. Before joining Scotts, she worked in corporate citizenship, crisis management, legal, and risk management within the fast-casual restaurant industry.

Katherine holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and Bachelor's degrees in Business and Spanish from The University of Georgia. She lives in Georgia with her husband, two children, and two dogs. She enjoys gardening and learning to compost in her free time.
