With more than 15 years of experience in environmental consulting, Kate is recognized for delivering sustained client growth, elevating operational performance, and building high‑impact teams that consistently execute with excellence. She has led the development of APTIM’s Environmental Consulting & Sustainability strategic roadmap—defining priorities, aligning service offerings, and charting actionable initiatives that broaden market reach and strengthen competitive position.
Kate’s background includes key leadership roles in Sustainability, where she helped establish and scale the emerging service line, and in Air Compliance, where she delivered complex operational and regulatory consulting solutions. She is also a certified TRUE Advisor with training in circularity and responsible resource management.
A lifelong environmental advocate, Kate partners with organizations that are committed to stronger compliance, responsible stewardship, and measurable environmental improvement. She is known for forging trusted, long-term relationships and delivering solutions that maximize impact and optimize limited resources.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys gardening, hiking and traveling, spoiling her two dogs, and relearning the violin.
