Kelli McCullough currently serves as the governance, stakeholder, and sustainability manager for Southern Company's Environmental Affairs department. In this role, McCullough is responsible for overseeing the environmental governance program and working with the Environmental Management Council to evaluate environmental risks and optimize the process in place to mitigate those risks. She also serves as the liaison for the environmental stakeholder groups and coordinates Southern Company's annual Stakeholder Forum. In addition, McCullough works closely with investor relations, external affairs and legal to coordinate environmental responses to sustainability-related requests, As a result. McCullough has had the opportunity to work with interdepartmental teams to tell the Southern Company story to a variety of stakeholders.

Prior to her current role, McCullough served as the environmental permitting and siting support engineer in environmental affairs, primarily focused on Southern Power's new generation development projects.

McCullough received a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Auburn University and her MBA with a focus on project management from Mississippi State University. McCullough is actively involved in groups to support young women in STEM. She participated in multiple teams for Alabama Power's iCAN group and serves on the executive committee for Auburn University's 100 Women Strong, an alumni group committed to recruiting, retaining, and rewarding female engineering students.
