Kelly Mowlavi is Director of EHS&S Governance for Baxter International, whose products and therapies can be found throughout hospitals and clinics – from the ER to the OR, from the pharmacy to the ICU – as well as advancing patients' care in their homes; focused on transformative innovation to deliver smarter, more personalized care for patients and providers.

In this role, Kelly is responsible for Baxter's EHS&S digital strategy, management system modernization as well as risk management and assurance activities, including compliance assessments, management system effectiveness reviews and ISO certifications. As a member of the EHS Leadership Team, she is also supporting the EHS&S organizational transformation, functional strategy, and enterprise Lean focus.

Previously, Ms. Mowlavi served as Whirlpool's Director of Global EHS Operations, in addition to Director of North America Operations. Prior to joining Whirlpool in 2017, Kelly held several roles during her 12-year tenure at General Electric Company, initiating her career in the GE Energy EHS Leadership Program, and taking on roles of expanding scope and responsibility within Energy and Oil & Gas, including leading EHS integrations for two major acquisitions, and serving as EHS Business Partner for various Product/Business Units. Kelly also previously held the role of North American Environmental Leader at Amazon from, where she was responsible for environmental compliance assurance for North American Fulfillment Operations.

Ms. Mowlavi holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and a MBA in Business Administration/Management from Clarkson University.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys outdoor activities, exercise, cooking and enjoying time with her husband Sepehr and their son Maxwell.
