Lee Ann Scott
Lee Ann has almost 15 years of experience in the environmental, health and safety field and prior to that, a background of 15 plus years of experience in human resources. She has worked in the automotive industry for both Tier I and Tier II suppliers. Lee Ann is now the EHS Director for Global Integration, for Sims Limited. In this role, she directs all EHS activities for the Sims Lifecycle Services (SLS) business unit and is a Lead Auditor for the ISO 14001, 45001, 9001 and R2v3 standards for the SLS business, while managing the internal audit program for the SLS business. Lee Ann’s team also coordinates client interactions, including audits and downstream relationships and oversees the compliance program for subcontractors. Also, in this role, she manages the EHS integration of acquisitions and mergers for Sims Limited as a whole, where she works with the merging businesses to integrate them to Sims’ EHS Standards and compliance obligations.
