Liz Carson is the Vice President of Arcadis’ North American Air Quality and Noise Community of Practice (CoP), bringing over 25 years of experience in environmental engineering across consulting and industry roles. As a professional engineer (PE) with a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from Michigan Technological University, she is a recognized expert in air quality permitting, regulatory applicability assessments, compliance management systems, multimedia environmental compliance audits, hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, NPDES permitting, and due diligence planning.
