Marielle is the Director of Global Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) at Cytiva, a Danaher Company. In this role, she leads global EHS strategy and execution across diverse business units, with a focus on operational excellence, compliance, and on the steering committee for sustainability. Over her 25-year career at GE and Cytiva, Marielle has held leadership roles in Nuclear, Industrial, Healthcare, and Biotechnology sectors. Prior to her current role, she led EHS programs across GE’s global operations, driving initiatives that strengthened safety culture in both supply chain and services operations. Marielle holds a degree in Environmental Resource Management from University of Western Ontario, Canada and a post graduate degree from Niagara College In Environmental Management.
