Megan L. Fielding, Director of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) for Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC. In 2022, Megan Fielding joined Asplundh in the company headquarters of Willow Grove, Pennsylvania as the first Director of Environmental, Social and
Governance (ESG). In this role, Megan is responsible for leading the company’s ESG and sustainability strategy, annual reporting and the advancement of Asplundh as an industry recognized ESG leader. Additionally, Megan leads strategic initiatives
focused on climate including its decarbonization mapping for Asplundh’s fleet.
With over three decades of expertise in financial services, and specialization in ESG, social impact and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), Megan brings experience from client-centric facets of the business (marketing, sales, communications and investor relations), as well as fintech, where she built an online impact investing platform to facilitate investment in underserved communities around the world.
Megan holds her MA in International Studies from the University of San Francisco and a BA in Economics from Wheaton College (MA). She is a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) and serves as Brand Ambassador for FINCA International, a non-profit organization with a mission to alleviate poverty through solutions that help people build assets, create jobs and raise their standard of living.
