Megan Huffman serves as Talent Development Manager at Bunzl Distribution, a global leader in delivering essential non-food products across diverse market sectors. Over her six-year tenure at Bunzl, Megan has held three different roles in the Talent space, building a robust portfolio of programs spanning onboarding, leadership development, and ongoing development initiatives. Her work supports over 3,000 employees within her division, driving engagement, performance, and a culture of growth. Her expertise bridges talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational learning, making her a trusted partner in workforce strategy.
Beyond her corporate role, Megan is a Founding Member and President of a dynamic Employee Resource Group (ERG) named “Inspiring the Next Generation in Bunzl” also known as “Bunzl Next Gen” dedicated to empowering next-generation professionals. Through collaboration and teamwork between the four officers and five chairs within the leadership team, Bunzl Next Gen has grown to 56 active members across four committees, hosting various events to continue to Inspire, Elevate, and Engage employees across multiple business sectors. Their events have reached over 1,200 employees, fostering networking, professional development, and meaningful engagement with senior leadership.
Megan brings a unique blend of strategic recruitment, and hands-on talent development experience to the team and prides herself on continuous improvement and collaboration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with a Minor in Business Administration from Missouri Baptist University.
