Meha leads GHD Organizational Excellence practice, which includes services in organizational, behavioural, and cultural change. She has a Master’s degree in Organizational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and decades of experience working in and around organizational change and transformation. A former environmental engineer, she works at the intersection of infrastructure/environmental sustainability, business needs, and human psychology to help organizations meet their most pressing challenges.
